What PurposeKit is
PurposeKit is a personal project run by Steve Law. It is not a registered company or formal service. There are no paid plans and no commercial contracts. It provides AI-powered tools to help UK charities with drafting, research, and administration tasks.
Outputs are AI-generated and must be reviewed by a qualified person before use. PurposeKit does not provide legal, financial, regulatory, or professional advice of any kind.
Acceptance of terms
By using PurposeKit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use PurposeKit to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or misleading
- Enter confidential, personally sensitive, or legally privileged information
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the platform's APIs
- Share account credentials with others
Usage limits
Accounts are subject to monthly usage caps to manage API costs. Exceeding your cap pauses access until the next calendar month. There are currently no paid plans — all access is free within the cap.
No guarantees
PurposeKit is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, data security, or continuity. This is a personal project shared openly. It may change, break, or be taken down at any time. Do not rely on it for time-sensitive or mission-critical work.
Liability
Steve Law is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated outputs, or for any loss arising from use of or inability to use PurposeKit. Always verify AI outputs with appropriate professional advice before acting on them.
Data and privacy
Your use of PurposeKit is subject to the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
