What PurposeKit is

PurposeKit provides AI-powered tools to assist UK charities with drafting, research, and administration tasks. Outputs are AI-generated and must be reviewed by a qualified person before use. PurposeKit does not provide legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use PurposeKit to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or misleading
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the platform's APIs
• Share account credentials with others

Usage limits

Free accounts are subject to monthly usage caps. Exceeding your cap pauses access until the next calendar month, or until you upgrade to a paid plan.

Data and privacy

Your use of PurposeKit is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Liability

PurposeKit is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs. Always verify AI outputs with appropriate professional advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
